For expansion longer than 10 days, restimulation is required and possible. Cell growth usually slows down after day 10 after initial activation. Recommended Aim-Tconv HMP to cell ratio for restimulation is 0.5:1 to 1:1, perform 9-11 days after previous stimulation.
