Cells clustering during cell culture

My cells are forming clusters during cell culture, is that expected? Should I break down the clusters?

When using AimGel products for T cells and NK cells, the AimGel particles and the cells do tend to aggregate in the well centre over time. Simply shake the culture plate to redistribute the AimGel particles and cells. Avoid unnecessary pipette mixing in the first 5 days, as disturbing the AimGel-cell clusters will cause suboptimal cell growth.
