When activating or expanding T cells using Aim-Tconv HMP, how many cells do I have to seed to start the culture?

Cell seeding density: 2×10⁵ - 3×10⁵ cell per cm²
Aim-Tconv HMP to PBMC ratio 3:1
Aim-Tconv HMP to T cell ratio 2:1
